Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to procure a firm-fixed-price service agreement for maintenance and repair of Medtronic O-Arm, Stealth, Autoguide, and Visualase systems. The notice identifies Medtronic USA, Inc. as the only capable source based on historical data and market research, and states that the procurement is not a request for quotation. Only new OEM items and authorized OEM dealers, distributors, or resellers are acceptable for any proposed alternate equipment or replacement parts. Gray-market and remanufactured items are prohibited. Vendors must provide OEM authorization documentation sufficient to ensure that the OEM warranty, software licensing, and service remain in effect under the OEM's terms.
