Description
Cass County, Texas, intends to participate in the Texas Community Development Block Grant program through the Texas Department of Agriculture. The selected professional administrator or service provider will prepare grant applications and, if funding is awarded, administer the grant agreement for one or more regional first-priority projects involving water and sewer improvements or housing rehabilitation. The opportunity may cover the 2027 Community Development Fund and, if offered by the Texas Department of Agriculture, the 2028 Community Development Fund.
