Description
The Town of Prosper is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of medians along Mahard Parkway. The project scope includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of these medians. Specific work includes site preparation, installation of stamped and stained concrete medians, steel edging, decorative gravel, various plantings, sod, topsoil, and a permanent irrigation system. The project also involves furnishing and installing new sign and signpost assemblies, and project signs. Each proposal must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond for 5% of the maximum proposed amount. The successful contractor will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability, with specific minimum limits outlined in the solicitation documents. Proposals are to be submitted online through IonWave.net or in hard copy by July 7, 2026, at 2:00 PM CT. A pre-proposal meeting will be held online on June 2, 2026, at 11:30 AM CT. Questions regarding the proposal are due by June 30, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT.
