HH26-368 TILLAMOOK COUNTY TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT THREE TRANSIT STOPS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (WALDPORT, PACIFIC CITY & HEBO) INVITATION TO BID CLOSING DATE AND TIME: TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2026 2:00 PM PST Notice is hereby given that Tillamook County Transportation District (TCTD), an Oregon transportation district, is inviting bids from qualified and responsible contractors for the construction of Three Transit Stops Improvement Project (Waldport, Pacific City & Hebo). This project uses state and federal funding. Additional details regarding the project and the goods and services sought are included in TCTD's Invitation to Bid and the exhibits thereto (ITB). The ITB will be provided directly to the prospective bidders by TCTD. Bidders may request a copy by request to Christoph.Zurcher@Jacobs.com. The successful bidder will be asked to sign an agreement with TCTD, attached as part of the documents issued with the ITB (the "Agreement"). Bidders must evaluate the Agreement prior to submitting a bid, and will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions contained therein unless a protest of terms is timely received and approved by TCTD pursuant to the procedure set out in the ITB. Objections to the terms and conditions made after the awarding of the contract will not be considered, and may constitute grounds for subsequent denial of the contract and forfeiture of the bid security. Bids shall be submitted in sealed packages or envelopes clearly marked as follows: THREE TRANSIT STOPS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Closing Date & Time TCTD Attn: Brian Vitulli 3600 3rd Street, Suite A Tillamook, OR 97141 Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM PST on October 20, 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Bids received after the 2:00 PM PST deadline will not be considered. Bids will be opened immediately after the Closing Date at the office of TCTD, 3600 3rd Street, Suite A, Tillamook, OR 97141. TCTD may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all bids in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of TCTD, and at no cost to TCTD.
