Description

Greenwich Public Schools is requesting proposals for new E-Rate-eligible Category 2 network equipment and associated software and licenses. The requested solution includes Aruba or equivalent switches, modules, transceivers, wireless access points, connectors, antennas, and related components, plus cabling and shipping/freight. The listed quantities include 74 switches, 30 wireless access points, 198 antennas/connectors and related components, and 4 feet of cabling, with detailed make/model and SKU requirements in the pricing attachment. Equipment must be new; used, open-box, refurbished, or otherwise non-new equipment will be disqualified. Alternative equipment must be supported by product specifications and documentation establishing functional and technical equivalence. Vendor installation is required, and proposals must include all costs for equipment, licenses, installation, shipping, and components needed for proper operation.
