Description
The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services is soliciting applications for its FY 2025 Next Generation Warning System for Early Earthquake Warning Grant Program. The program supports next-generation early-warning streaming projects that provide incident or disaster warnings to communities and the public. Eligible applicants include businesses, streaming companies, and their affiliates. The program has an estimated total funding pool of $15,000,000, with one to two expected awards ranging from $1 to $750,000 per award. Funding is federal and will be provided on a reimbursement basis. Matching funds and a letter of intent are not required. The stated period of performance is January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028.
