Description
The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation seeks an experienced e-course developer to support its internal instructional team in designing and developing occupational safety and health courses. Work includes instructional design, storyboarding, scriptwriting, multimedia development, and collaboration with subject matter experts and agency staff. The supplier must use Articulate 360 and provide original project files; the agency will own the work created. Courses should include interactive learning activities and an assessment, and be organized into 30-minute modules. The response must include the completed Education and Experience Grid, a reviewable sample e-course developed using Articulate 360 with directions for previewing it and an explanation of its design, a 1–3 page description of experience working with a team to develop an e-course, and a cost breakdown. The initial contract period is expected to require approximately 1,000 billable hours. The supplier must also submit the Contractor/Subcontractor Affirmation and Disclosure Form with its quote. Work is expected to involve weekly virtual meetings with the agency’s team.
