Description
Marshall University seeks a qualified architectural and engineering firm to investigate existing conditions, evaluate the roof systems and building envelope, develop design solutions, prepare construction documents, and provide construction-phase services through project closeout for replacement of the east, west, and center roof systems at the Memorial Student Center. The work may include drainage, flashing, structural and access considerations, temporary protection and phasing, hazardous-material coordination, code compliance, and related improvements. The facility must remain occupied and operational during construction. The qualifications-based response must address firm and key-personnel qualifications, comparable projects and references, project approach, staffing, communication, and the project goals; pricing is not permitted in the response.
