Description
Los Alamos County is requesting quotes from an Autodesk Certified Instructor or Autodesk Certified Professional to deliver a comprehensive, hands-on Civil 3D training program for its engineering and technical personnel. The three-day, on-site course will serve 10 active participants and cover foundational surfaces and survey data, roadway corridors and assemblies, gravity sewer and storm drain networks, and pressure networks for water, gas, and electric utilities. The selected consultant must provide a pre-training discovery consultation, customized curriculum, digital training guides, exercise files, and sample datasets for 10–14 participants. The training is planned for three consecutive days during the week of December 14, 2026, at a designated County facility, with approximately eight hours of instruction per day. The response must include the requested scope response, cost proposal, deviations or exceptions form or acknowledgment, campaign contribution form, debarment certification, authorized offeror verification, and signed Addendum 1.
