Description
Clay Local School District seeks five-year Extreme license renewals for 24 440 switches, one x690 core switch, and 105 AP410C access points, as well as five-year Extreme EW Software & TAC for the core switch. The district identifies the requested license and support SKUs in the application. The switch request specifies Extreme Networks or equivalent; the wireless access point request states no manufacturer preference. Bids must identify the manufacturer and manufacturer part number/SKU for each proposed item, provide unit costs and the percentage of each cost eligible under E-Rate rules, and include the bidder’s SPIN or documentation that a SPIN application is pending. Bidders must also provide documentation that they are authorized resellers of the proposed equipment. The district may reject bids received on or after the 29th day after issuance of the Form 470.
