Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a two-seat CVI Evolve Tier 1 subscription compatible with the facility’s current cardiovascular equipment. The subscription includes Evolve modules for 4D Flow, advanced reporting, aortic valve, cardiac MR, Circle Plaque, Core CT, mitral valve, quantitative perfusion, and strain. The contractor must provide implementation, configuration and integration, software updates and upgrades, migration assistance, corrective maintenance, technical support, and training for clinical and technical staff. Support includes a 24/7 technical-support line, a two-hour response to troubleshooting calls, and dispatch no later than the following workday when needed. The quote must include implementation and compatibility justification, manufacturer authorization to distribute, product literature, prime and OEM subcontractor contact details and SAM UEI, implementation and training plans, and evidence of qualified OEM installation capability. Offerors must also complete the Buy American Certificate and CLINS spreadsheet. The contract is firm-fixed-price, with a one-year base period and four one-year options.
