Description
EightCAP, Inc. is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Funding Year 2027 E-rate services across its consortium locations. Category 1 requirements include internet access with minimum speeds ranging from 100 Mbps to 600 Mbps depending on location, including static IP addresses, domain-name registration, connectivity equipment, service monitoring, and a stated 4-hour maximum service response time. Vendors must itemize eligible and non-eligible services and all components needed to deliver connectivity. Category 2 requirements include approximately 14 firewall license renewals, approximately three wireless access points, approximately six switches, approximately 150 patch cables, antennas/connectors, and related components. Installation, configuration, and maintenance are required for the applicable equipment. The requested examples include Fortinet firewall licenses, Ubiquiti wireless access points and switches, and specified patch-cable models or equivalents. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, maintain an active SAM.gov registration, comply with E-rate requirements, and provide a firm fixed price. The RFP states that proof of workers' compensation insurance and a $2 million liability insurance umbrella are required upon award, and that implementation is contingent on approved E-rate funding.
