Description
San Mateo County's Technology Services Department is soliciting pricing for a one-year renewal of ESRI ArcGIS subscriptions and licenses from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027. The requested items include ArcGIS Online and Enterprise user subscriptions, Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst, Network Analyst, Business Analyst, Indoors Maps, Image Server, Enterprise Standard maintenance, and related extensions, with quantities specified in the pricing table. Bidders must complete the pricing bid table and upload a formal competitive quotation showing itemized pricing, accurate lead times, and applicable freight and delivery costs. The County will evaluate total cost, conformity to specifications, and product availability, and expects to issue a purchase order to the lowest responsive bid from a qualified manufacturer, publisher, or authorized vendor. Additional licenses may be purchased during the annual term and cotermed with the existing subscription expiration date.
