Description
The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department seeks a contractor to provide recurring, self-contained mobile express exterior-only washing for a mixed utility fleet at the City Yards. The estimated fleet includes 34 pickup trucks, 11 step vans, 14 medium-duty trucks, and 29 large utility or specialty vehicles. Services are anticipated every other week on Sundays during the approved service window, with no guaranteed minimum number of vehicles per visit. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, water, power, hoses, containment, wash-water recovery, collection, reclamation, and disposal resources. Interior cleaning, detailing, waxing, polishing, engine cleaning, undercarriage washing, degreasing, hazardous-material cleaning, and specialized utility-equipment cleaning are excluded unless separately authorized. The contractor must prevent unauthorized discharges, submit a wash-water management method for City review, comply with applicable environmental requirements, and lawfully dispose of wash water. Responses must be submitted through the City's eProcurement Portal and include the required City forms and portal pricing entries.
