Description
The U.S. Forest Service is soliciting one new John Deere WCF EN7560 all-wheel-drive motor grader. The grader must meet detailed specifications including a minimum 275-horsepower Tier 4 diesel engine, low-profile ROPS/FOPS cab with HVAC, 14-foot moldboard, front-mounted dozer/plow blade, rear-mounted ripper/scarifier, specified hydraulic controls, lighting, tires, batteries, safety equipment, and related accessories. The quoted equipment must be new and manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer or an OEM-approved source; alternate, substitute, or equal products are subject to the solicitation's stated requirements and evaluation provisions. Pricing must include installation, freight, and delivery. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, with one firm-fixed-price delivery award anticipated. Quotes will be evaluated for price, technical acceptability, and acceptable or neutral past performance, with the lowest-priced offer evaluated first.
