Description

The City of Richmond is seeking bids for the Hull Street Streetscape project, which involves the reconstruction of Hull Street from the Mayo Bridge to 9th Street. The scope of work includes sidewalk construction, curb ramps, installation of street trees and low plantings, street furnishings, minor intersection reconfiguration, new traffic signals, pedestrian safety enhancements, signage, pavement markings, minor drainage improvements, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) integration, and lighting improvements.
