Description
The Commission on VASAP is soliciting proposals directly from venues for its annual training conference on August 3–5, 2027. The selected venue must provide overnight lodging for up to 150 participants on August 3 and 4; breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon break food and beverages at state per-diem rates; general classroom-style meeting space for up to 150 participants; two breakout rooms for up to 60 participants; a registration area; separate storage space; water stations; and five exhibit tables with two chairs each and power access. The scope also includes audiovisual support consisting of six microphones, one lavalier microphone, four presentation screens, and three podiums, with setup before the conference. The proposal must include itemized pricing and be submitted only through the eVA system as an attachment; the eVA line-item section must also contain the total proposal cost. Third-party submissions are not permitted, and only proposals submitted directly by the venue will be accepted.
