Description
The Arkansas Army National Guard intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for five brand-name Weatherhaven Tactical Redeployable Expanding Container Capability–Trailer (TRECC-T) systems. Equal or alternate products will not be considered; eligible quoters include Weatherhaven, authorized distributors, and value-added resellers. Each system includes a light tactical trailer, expandable hybrid container shelter, forklift and crane hoist points, insulated waterproof fabric, a 24VDC split air-conditioning system, roof-mounted solar panels, stairs and handrails, a 2 kW generator, a 55-inch display with hard case, folding tables and chairs, and magnetic whiteboards. The systems must meet specified Weatherhaven performance requirements, including sealed central-core protection, deployment within five minutes by no more than two personnel without tools or material-handling equipment, specified dimensions and weight limits, an 84-square-foot deployed floor area, a 2,500-pound mission payload capacity, and operation from -40°C to +49°C. Complete delivery is required within 180 days after receipt of order, with inspection and acceptance at the destination. Quotations must include separate technical-compliance and price volumes, including an OEM authorized distributor/reseller letter when applicable, delivery acknowledgment, completed CLIN pricing, and vendor identification information.
