Description
The State of South Dakota is seeking a qualified data center vendor to support its Infrastructure Resiliency Project through physical data center relocation and hosting services. The selected provider must offer a modern, resilient, and secure hosting environment for mission-critical government systems, with high availability, robust physical and environmental protections, scalability, continuity of operations, and cybersecurity alignment. Vendors must demonstrate facility maturity, infrastructure capabilities, security controls, operational procedures, compliance, and service-delivery capabilities. The RFP is specifically for physical data center services and requires responses addressing resiliency, security, service delivery, and other state requirements, along with the previously identified technical plans, security documentation, pricing, diagrams, staffing information, references, and required appendices.
