Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking only small-business offers for a five-year base-period indefinite-quantity contract under PR number 1000236804 to supply the specified cable assembly associated with NSN 5995-01-604-1832. Estimated annual demand is 88 each, the guaranteed minimum will be stated in the solicitation, required delivery is 309 days, and stock deliveries may be made to any Continental U.S. facility identified for each delivery. Terms are FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin for direct agency deliveries. The item is designated a critical application item and requires higher-level quality controls and contractor first-article testing. Technical data is subject to ITAR or EAR export controls; access is limited to contractors with approved U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program certification, required training, an export-control technical-data questionnaire, and approval by the agency’s controlling authority. A reverse auction may be conducted. The solicitation is tentatively scheduled for release on September 15, 2026; electronic DIBBS proposals or quotes will be unacceptable, and proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian.
