Description
East Whiteland Township is soliciting bids for traffic signal upgrades along Lancaster Avenue (S.R. 0030) and Conestoga Road (S.R. 0401) within the township. The work is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements and applicable PennDOT prequalification requirements for all bidders and subcontractors. Bids must include a 10% bid bond or certified check. The solicitation identifies required proposal materials including a signed Form of Proposal, Contractor’s Qualification Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Public Works Employment Verification Form, Bidder Acknowledgements questionnaire, and completed pricing bid table.
