Description
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality seeks a contractor to provide staggered shuttle service for staff attending its Environmental Trade Fair and Conference. The scope includes multiple buses with at least 56-passenger capacity, including ADA-accessible and standby buses, qualified commercial drivers, and an onsite coordinator to manage arrivals, departures, passenger loading, and communications with agency staff. The contractor must maintain the buses, provide replacement buses when needed, and meet applicable accessibility, registration, insurance, and safety requirements. The service is planned for the 2027 and 2028 events, with additional future event years identified as dates to be determined. The response must include qualifications, key personnel and relevant experience, a technical approach, pricing, applicable preference information, and a subcontracting plan.
