Description

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is soliciting a comprehensive continuous patient monitoring solution for 140 monitored beds across nine inpatient nursing units and up to 32 telemetry patients. The solution must support bedside monitoring of Masimo SET SpO2, respiration rate, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and 5-lead ECG; portable or patient-worn monitoring during ambulation and transport; telemetry transmitters and related equipment; central monitoring stations; full-disclosure waveform review; alarm management; mobile notification; alarm routing, acknowledgment, and escalation; and audible alerts on designated communication devices. The proposed solution must integrate with the electronic medical record, including Altera Sunrise Clinical Manager, and clinical communication platforms. Deliverables include hardware, software, licenses, accessories, implementation, project management, testing and validation, training, go-live support, warranty, maintenance, software upgrades, service-level support, and lifecycle management. Respondents must address FDA and healthcare-device certifications, cybersecurity, interoperability, analytics, implementation and training plans, service continuity, and a minimum 10-year support commitment. The proposal package requires the provided proposal, non-collusion affidavit, disclosure form, applicable EEO forms, certificate of insurance, audited financial statements when applicable, IT and security questionnaire, price sheet, and current OEM manuals, instructions for use, service and parts manuals, schematics, and technical diagrams.
