Description
The City of Hot Springs seeks labor, materials, and supervision to install approximately 1,110 feet of galvanized chain-link fencing around a property. Specifications call for black, polymer-coated chain-link fabric, six-foot privacy slats, razor wire, and two 25-foot gates. The contractor must provide a complete fence system and leave the work area neat and free of installation debris. The fence manufacturer must have at least five years of experience, and the installer must have at least two years of experience installing similar fencing. The fence, gates, accessories, fittings, and fasteners must come from a single source. Bidders must provide a warranty and manufacturer specifications. A bid bond is required for bids over $35,000; the solicitation also requires a certificate of liability insurance, a contractor's license certificate, and other bidder information and acknowledgments.
