The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting quotations for three cases for sphygmomanometers, NSN 6515-01-039-0164: two units under purchase request 7018213319 and one unit under purchase request 7018213318. The specified case dimensions are 8 by 4-1/2 by 2-1/2 inches, accommodating sphygmomanometer 6515-01-039-4884 and accessories; the listed approved source is Welch Allyn, Inc., part number 5085-09.
