The Bureau of Indian Affairs is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for 12 front-mounted aluminum grill guards for Blue Bird school buses: 10 for conventional dog-nosed buses and 2 for flat-nosed pusher-chassis buses. The grill guards must be non-corrosive, designed to mitigate wildlife collisions, and compatible with 2024 Blue Bird Vision buses. Delivery is required to Pine Ridge School in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Amendment 0003 changes the set-aside from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise to Total Small Business Set-Aside and adds FAR 52.219-6. Offers must acknowledge the amendment by completing the specified solicitation items or by separate letter/electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
