ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSBids for the construction of the Green Haven Golf Course Renovation Project will be received by the City of Anoka, electronically through the online electronic bid service QuestCDN until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders may attend the bid opening in person at the Anoka City Hall. Once all electronic bids have been reviewed and accepted (AS READ), the Bid results will be shared with all Bidders. Bid results may be viewed at www.questcdn.com. Summary of work: The work includes tree clearing, golf course green, tee, fairway & bunker construction; pond construction, drainage, cart path paving, irrigation, grassing and installation of a new pump station. This project includes two separate contracts. The work included in Phase 1a will be included in one contract and Phase's 1b, 2, and 3 will be included in a separate contract. The construction time for each phase is as follows: Phase 1a (winter 2026): Pond construction, rough grading of two golf holes and wet well installation. Phase 1b (spring/summer 2027): Finish construction of two new holes and new pump station installation. Phase 2: (fall 2027 & spring 2028): rebuild bunkers & tees; cart path paving. Phase 3: (summer 2028): Construct new driving range, putting and chipping greens and rebuild two greens. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be at the Green Haven Golf Course Clubhouse located at 2800 Greenhaven Rd., Anoka, MN on August 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central time. All questions should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm CT Wednesday, September 2, 2026. The City of Anoka is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time. Questions must be submitted through QuestCDN. All responses to questions will be submitted through QuestCDN no later than 1:00 PM CT on Friday September 4, 2026. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Digital copies of the Bidding Documents are available at www.haa-inc.com under the "Projects/QuestCDN" link for $22.00 (non-refundable).
