Description

Dry Creek Joint Elementary School District is soliciting proposals to install cabling infrastructure at four school sites. The work includes approximately 11,000 feet of CAT6 cabling per site, or equivalent, and associated components such as surface-mount boxes, keystone jacks, faceplates, patch panels, patch cords, and J-hook supports. The contractor must remove existing wiring, label and test all runs, and provide certified test results and as-built drawings. The project must be completed by September 30, 2028. Responders must meet specified qualifications, including a valid C-7 license, Panduit Certified Installer status, a BICSI RCDD and technician, and an office within 50 miles of the District office. Proposals must include a cost proposal for each site, required credentials and references, evidence of insurance, and a bid bond. Payment and performance bonds are due before project commencement. The District requires a two-year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranties for cabling and components of at least 25 years.
