Description
Incline Village General Improvement District, doing business as Diamond Peak Ski Resort, seeks proposals for rental equipment: adult and junior skis with bindings, snowboards, snowboard bindings, ski boots, and snowboard boots. The proposal must identify manufacturers and models, provide pricing and product documentation, and meet detailed technical specifications. Proposers must also provide product samples for ten equipment line items and include warranty information; the initial equipment order must be delivered by November 1, 2027. The selected firm must guarantee availability of additional equipment in the same style for three years after delivery, although the District does not guarantee additional purchases. The proposal must include references from at least three ski resorts supplied with comparable rental equipment within the past five years. The District will evaluate the lowest responsive and responsible bid based on the total price for the initial order, including delivery.
