Description
Texas A&M University Health Science Center seeks one or more consulting firms to provide services in one or more of three areas: Academic Affairs organizational assessment; Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation consulting and gap analysis; and clinical education network assessment and expansion. Work may include organizational reviews, stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, accreditation-readiness assessments, documentation reviews, gap analyses, strategic recommendations, clinical-site evaluations, partnership development, implementation roadmaps, reports, presentations, workshops, and consultation sessions. The resulting master orders will be used on an as-needed basis, with project-specific scopes, schedules, deliverables, and compensation established for individual engagements. Offerors must identify proposed service areas, comparable experience, methodology and work plan, key personnel qualifications, project schedules, and detailed pricing. Pricing must include fully burdened hourly rates for specified personnel classifications and applicable travel, direct-cost, and discount categories. Multiple awards are anticipated, and no minimum volume or revenue is guaranteed.
