Description
The Board seeks one or more vendors to supply and deliver plumbing and heating products on an as-required basis for operational and project-based needs. The solicitation describes a goal of competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and consistent product quality. The attached schedule lists a broad range of items, including pipes, fittings, valves, faucets, toilet and sink components, heating controls, and related supplies. Vendors may propose equivalent or superior alternatives where applicable and must quote all-inclusive pricing with delivery included or specify delivery charges. The response form requests pricing, the percentage of the product list the vendor can supply, stock and special-order proportions, fulfillment and delivery plans, timelines, and vendor experience and support information. The contract begins on the date of award and continues until June 30, 2028. Pricing is fixed for the initial one-year term; subsequent pricing adjustments require mutual agreement and Board approval. The Board estimates annual expenditures for these supplies at approximately CAD $300,000.
