Description
The City is gathering information to plan a potential future procurement for concession operations at an athletics facility. Interested parties are asked to describe operating models, staffing, menu and customer-service approaches, point-of-sale technology, equipment and infrastructure needs, financial structures, scalable event operations, community partnerships, contract terms and risk allocation, and performance reporting. Respondents may provide examples and recommendations; pricing and binding commitments are not requested. This is an information-gathering RFI only, not a solicitation for a contract, and no award will result. The facility is anticipated to open in February 2027 and includes a furnished concession area with food-preparation, cooking, refrigeration, and storage equipment. Responses are submitted through the procurement portal, with a respondent information cover sheet and narrative response organized around the requested topics.
