Description
Victor Central School District is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for Phase 2 of its 2024 Capital Improvement Project. The work spans multiple prime contracts: site work, general trades, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, glazing, and notification system and data cabling. The project includes HVAC upgrades at the Early Childhood, Primary, and Intermediate Schools, plus a high school building addition, cafeteria expansion, and classroom renovations. A 5% bid security is required with each bid; the successful bidder must provide performance and separate labor and material payment bonds, as well as acceptable insurance. A prebid meeting and walkthrough are scheduled, and pre-bid RFIs must be submitted by the stated deadline.
