The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a cooperative agreement on a sole-source basis to the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, for the long-term curation of federally owned archaeological collections recovered from Bureau of Reclamation projects in Oklahoma. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and no further competition is anticipated. The work includes annual inventories, cataloging, facility compliance, and maintaining secure, environmentally appropriate storage consistent with federal regulations and Department of the Interior museum standards. The estimated federal amount is $50,000, with a period of performance from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and option years through September 30, 2031.
