Description
Tarrant County seeks bids for one replacement cardboard baler and removal of the existing baler. The new equipment must meet detailed specifications, including an open-end automatic shear design, auto-tie system, specified bale dimensions and weight, safety interlocks, alarms, remote controls, and electrical requirements. Bidders must price the baler and installation separately and include delivery and installation costs, including labor, travel, removal, fuel, and freight. The awarded vendor is responsible for uninstalling the existing equipment and installing the new unit. Responses must include warranty information, oil and electrical system requirements, a vendor quote form, and a product specification sheet. The bid invitation also requires three references and completion of the online bid response fields. Award is to the lowest bidder meeting specifications.
