Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking quotations for equipment and supplies for four cassava-processing cooperatives. The requested items include four dry grain mills with stainless-steel sieves, four vacuum sealers, eight reinforced wheelbarrows, eight reinforced handcarts, 40 blue 220-liter plastic drums, 40 100-liter plastic basins, 400 woven polypropylene agricultural sacks rated for 100 kg, 800 sacks rated for 50 kg, and four large No. 130 aluminum pots. The mills must be electric, rated at 4.5 kW and 220–240 V, with a stated productivity of 150 kg/hour; the vacuum sealers must have a 30 cm sealing width, 250 W power, dry and wet modes, and include 300 vacuum bags. Bidders must provide technical specifications and, where applicable, manufacturer warranties; state a delivery lead time; confirm DAP delivery to the four named cooperatives; and address training, warranty, and after-sales support requirements. The response also calls for company and legal-registration information, a valid tax-compliance certificate, financial records and evidence of annual average turnover of at least 20,000,000 FCFA, recent and ongoing project lists, relevant references and supporting records, a completed quotation submission form and bidder declaration, and detailed pricing entered in the supplier portal. The financial response must also include estimated shipment weight, volume, and dimensions.
