Description
The United Nations Development Programme, through the EU-PH Green Economy Partnership: Green LGUs Project, is seeking qualified manufacturers, suppliers, and technology providers to supply, deliver, install, test, commission, and provide training for an integrated waste sorting and processing system at the Calahunan Central Materials Recovery Facility. The system is intended to improve resource recovery, recycling efficiency, and waste diversion. The requested technologies include modern waste sorting, plastic processing, oyster shell processing, and glass crushing equipment. A pre-bid conference and site inspection are scheduled for 23 October 2026, with attendance encouraged but not mandatory. Offers must be submitted directly through the designated procurement system in accordance with the solicitation instructions.
