Description
Kinetic GPO Inc. is seeking one or more suppliers to establish nationwide standing offers for pest control and related services throughout Canada. The scope includes pest evaluation inspections and written reports; annual pest control programs with scheduled visits, documentation, inspections, and treatments; emergency inspections and treatment; and miscellaneous services such as preventative treatments, equipment rental, carcass removal, specialized treatments, fly lights, fumigation, disinfection, remote rodent monitoring, termite treatment, and specialized rodent control. Respondents must bid on at least two of the first three categories and may subcontract services they do not provide directly. Suppliers must demonstrate geographic coverage, public-sector experience, service processes, safety measures, integrated pest management practices, reporting, customer support, continuity planning, pricing, and the ability to provide references. Proposals must include pricing and catalog information, a completed vendor workbook, mandatory submission form, reference form, subcontractor/dealer information, and required insurance documentation. The resulting Master Agreement is expected to run for three years with an option for up to two additional years; estimated lifetime volume is approximately $1 million, with no guaranteed usage. Commercial general liability insurance of $5 million is required, and services must be performed in accordance with applicable pesticide labels, safety requirements, and regulations.
