Description
The City of Manassas Park Parks & Recreation Department is seeking qualified contractors to remove and dispose of or recycle the existing steel pavilion at Costello Park, rehabilitate and refinish the existing concrete slab, and furnish and install a replacement commercial-grade steel pavilion shelter. The project is being procured as a Small Purchase Quote Request under the city's small-purchase procedures and the Virginia Public Procurement Act. Unsealed quotes may be submitted through Virginia's eVA e-procurement system or by electronic document submission to f.barandica@manassasparkva.gov. The solicitation identifies Attachment A, Formal Quote Request, and Attachment B, Pricing Spreadsheet, as project documents. The estimated project cost is $150,000 to $200,000.
