Description
The Town of Greenwich Fleet Department is soliciting bids for three new 2026 or 2027 Hyundai IONIQ 5 Electric SEL vehicles in Cyber Gray Metallic with gray interiors. Each vehicle must include standard equipment and a backup alarm that activates when the vehicle is in reverse. Pricing must include all transportation, delivery, unloading, installation, labor, insurance, certificates, permits, applicable rebates, and other procurement-related costs, excluding federal and state taxes and registration, title, or document fees. Bidders must provide delivery timing, confirm whether a Certificate of Origin will be supplied at delivery, identify any subcontractor used for backup-alarm installation, state all warranty terms, provide vehicle window stickers showing equipment, identify exceptions, and submit five customer references for similar products and services. The completed Reply Sheets, including pricing, bidder information, signatures, non-collusion and Code of Ethics certifications, must be submitted in a sealed package. The awarded vendor must deliver the vehicles to the Town's Fleet Department and provide the Certificate of Origin with delivery.
