Description
BakerRipley is seeking landlord proposals for office space supporting a Workforce Solutions Career Office. The desired property should provide 9,000 to 13,000 square feet in a well-maintained, high-visibility office building or campus, be close to public transportation, and offer approximately five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. The requested submarket is east of or adjacent to Highway 6, south of or adjacent to Westheimer Road, west of or adjacent to the 610 West Loop, and north of or adjacent to Beechnut Street. Landlords are asked to complete the attached response questionnaire covering property condition, accessibility, parking, building systems, ownership and operating costs, lease terms, and proposed rent. The questionnaire also requests responses to proposed lease provisions and property disclosures. Evaluation assigns 45 points to a property tour, 48 points to the completed questionnaire and forms, and 7 points to rental cost effectiveness. A 60-month lease term is proposed for landlord consideration.
