Description
Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of jumbo roll toilet tissue. This is an "as needed" contract, meaning orders will be placed as WCPSS requires them during the contract period. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option for WCPSS to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The estimated quantity for the first year is 16,279 cases. Products must meet specific requirements including 3.3" width, 2,000' length per roll, 2-ply construction, a 3.3" minimum core, white color, biodegradability, and septic system safety. Cases should contain 6 rolls, and pallets should not exceed 105 inches in height. Delivery is expected within 30 consecutive calendar days after receipt of a purchase order to the Central Receiving location at 1551 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC 27610.
