Description
The City of Pasadena, through its Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department, is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of premium, high-strength trash can liners (plastic bags). The required liners include two types: 1.50 mil and 2.00 mil, both 40x46 inches, 44-gallon capacity, black, with gusset seal. Each case must contain 100 bags. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price, with pricing valid from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Delivery must occur within 15 business days of order placement to the PRCS-Parks location at 233 W. Mountain St., Pasadena, CA 91103. A sample of the 1.50 mil bag must be submitted for evaluation. The historical annual spending average is $13,000.
