The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 60 each of Mil-Spec national flags, NSN 8345-00-245-2749, described as Type II Spain rayon banner cloth flags measuring 2 feet 10 inches by 4 feet 2 inches. The items must comply with the cited military and commercial specifications, domestic-origin requirements under the Berry Amendment, and applicable inspection, quality, packaging, preservation, marking, and supply-chain traceability requirements. The end product must be manufactured by a vendor certified by The Institute of Heraldry and listed on its certified manufacturer list. The procurement requires two first-article samples, with first-article testing and approval before production of the remaining quantity unless waived based on previously accepted identical or similar supplies. Delivery is specified as 120 days after date of award, with shipment to Arizona Industries for the Blind in Phoenix, Arizona. Pricing is firm fixed price, FOB destination, and the solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
