Description
Kai Ming Head Start seeks internet service and transport connecting its administrative office and childcare centers at 12 sites. Proposals must quote specified bandwidth tiers for the administrative office and each childcare center, provide ISP circuits without firewall services, and use a 100/1000 Mbps UTP Ethernet handoff. Exact demarcation points will be determined by the applicant. The selected provider must support 24/7 service requests, respond to support requests within four hours, and respond on site within 24 hours of notification in the event of system failure. A detailed transition plan for the July 1, 2027 cutover is required. The requested contract is three years, with voluntary extensions up to a five-year total; pricing must remain firm for the stated term. The applicant may increase bandwidth during the term under the specified conditions.
