Description
Renewable Water Resources is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to completely replace two 20-ton wall-mounted HVAC systems in the UV Disinfection Building at the Pelham Road Water Resource Recovery Facility. The award is a lump-sum contract. The response must be submitted electronically. A required general attachment is identified in the solicitation. The solicitation lists a 5% bid bond, 100% payment bond, and 100% performance bond. Attendance at the onsite pre-bid meeting is required.
