Description
The City of Greenville is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to serve as Construction Manager at Risk for the design and construction of a wheeled sports park facility. The selected CMAR will provide expertise to the owner and architect during both pre-construction and construction phases. The contract is expected to use an AIA A133-2019 agreement based on cost of the work plus a fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, together with the AIA A201-2017 general conditions. The CMAR may self-perform no more than 25% of the construction contract cost and may not perform other project work directly or through a business in which the CMAR or its architectural, engineering, or construction management firm has more than a 5% interest.
