The Kansas Department of Administration is soliciting bids for on-call inspection, testing, maintenance, reporting, corrective maintenance, and commercial kitchen hood and exhaust-system cleaning at Kansas Army National Guard and Kansas Air National Guard facilities statewide. The scope includes semi-annual fire-suppression-system inspections and functional tests, hood and exhaust cleaning, replacement of routine service components, system tagging and certification, deficiency correction, and written inspection reports. Services must comply with applicable NFPA standards, manufacturer requirements, Kansas fire-safety requirements, and local fire-authority requirements. The contract is an indefinite-quantity arrangement with no guaranteed volume and a stated period from award through November 30, 2031. Multiple awards are expected by geographic service area, and bidders may identify the KDOT districts they can serve. The solicitation requests pricing for routine inspections, cleaning, replacement parts, emergency and additional labor, and travel, along with technical literature, qualifications, references, and required certifications and forms.
