Description
Crescent Valley Public Charter II is soliciting proposals for a 1 Gbps fiber optic internet circuit under E-Rate Funding Year 2027. The service must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable externally facing addresses that are reachable from the internet without routing through a firewall or NAT. Bidders must state whether service is already available at the building or whether construction is required, and provide an estimated construction timeline if applicable. Proposals must include the Form 470 number, the bidder’s Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), sample contracts unless month-to-month service is proposed, and complete pricing for recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and one-time construction or installation costs. Pricing must identify ineligible services and charges, and bidders must address bandwidth increases, E-Rate compliance, compatibility, E-Rate experience, and other evaluation factors. The school requests 12-, 24-, and 36-month pricing, two optional one-year renewals, and month-to-month pricing; renewals require written acceptance by both parties.
