Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting bids for a three-year blanket-order contract to supply plastic and cutting materials for the Austin State Hospital Maintenance Department. Requested materials include Lexan MR10 sheets, clear UV-protected polycarbonate sheets in several thicknesses, and natural cutting-board sheets in 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch thicknesses. Equivalent products may be offered with sufficient literature for evaluation; reworked, previously refused, seconds, and unauthorized substitutions will not be accepted. Pricing must be submitted using the provided pricing sheet, with firm fixed prices for the contract term and delivery included on an FOB destination basis unless delivery costs and terms are separately stated. The historical spend for similar goods was $25,000 for the stated prior-year period, but the agency provides no guarantee of volume, usage, or compensation. Deliveries must comply with the agency's labeling, scheduling, packaging, and receiving requirements.
